The Girl Friday Company is now working directly with businesses to deliver Lifestyle Service packages that add value for both customers and employees. We are planning to add new packages during the course of 2008 that will target specific sectors and groups. However, outlined below, are the two areas where the Girl Friday Company is active and can provide relevant packages.

Hotel Sector

We provide specially designed cards that hotels can provide to visiting customers in advance of any stay that provides that customer with access to a Girl Friday Lifestyle Service adviser, that can assist them in personalising their stay at the hotel. That may range from the inclusion of flowers or a special gift for the room, arranging a special meal or activity in the local area, or arranging something totally unique. The intention is to provide an additional service level for the customer that makes the whole experience unique and memorable, and ultimately enhances the perception and loyalty to that hotel. The Girl Friday Company can also provide a link via the website where customers can make the request directly from the Hotel's website.

Professional Practices

In professional practices such as accounting and legal services, the time pressure on partners and senior management increasingly imposes on the individuals ability to manage the normal activities of life. The Girl Friday business package is designed to provide such individuals with immediate access to a Girl Friday Lifestyle Service adviser who can assist with a whole range of activities, whether that be picking up dry cleaning, attending home for trades people, organising a social event, picking up a gift or anything else that falls into that 'normal activities' category. The package is simple for practices to set up and monitor, and they can set a monthly limit for each individual within the scheme. Importantly, apart from a £50 set up fee there is no charge until the hours actually get used. The result is a genuine benefit for the individuals involved and hopefully a reduction in their stress levels.
