Service Charges

£12.00 per week - Secure Key Holding (per key)

£12.00 per hour – Regular domestic cleaning (min I hr booking & blocks of 1/2 hr booking thereafter, all usual cleaning products provided)

£13.50 per hour - End of Tenancy cleans

Ad hoc rates for sourcing local trades, waiting in for trades & other admin support

£12.00 per hour (Can be charged at 1/2 hourly rate if needed to open up property for trades and then return to lock up after subject to area)
